Yesterday, I starded changing my diet. I’ve been a vegetarian for 6 months now but I decided to go vegan because for me, dairy and eggs aren’t necessary. It’s also better for our environment (concerning carbon dioxide & methane).
I ate salad, sauerkraut, vegetables and fruit (of course ;D) aaaaand - I don’t feel any hungrier. Rather the opposite: I ate much less than usual.
Before I gone vegan, I tried to avoid any kind of dairy products so, it wasn’t that hard and frankly, I feel better and since I stopped eating meat, fish and most kinds of dairy things I’m much more into sports than I used to.
Day #2 - Still happy about it!
